These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and more speciffically the process of ordering our products; by using our website, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use our website or order products from us. You must be at least 18 years of age to use our website. By using our website (and by agreeing to these terms and conditions) you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age (See Children Policy for more information).

1.1 You should carefully read the following Terms and Conditions. Your purchase of our products implies that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Making an Order

2.1 You must add any products you wish to purchase to your shopping cart, and then proceed to the checkout. Adding a product to your shopping cart in order to buy it means that you have carefully read all the descriptions; that you have seen all pictures provided and that you have accepted all the qualities of the product.

2.2 If you are a new customer, you must then create an account with us and log in; if you are an existing customer, you must enter your login details.

2.3 Once you are logged in, you must confirm your order and your consent to these terms of sale.

2.4 You will be transferred to Pay Pal page, and they will handle your payment;

2.5 Once we have checked whether we are able to meet your order, we will either send you an order confirmation or we will confirm by email that we are unable to meet your order.

2.6 Before you place your order, you will have the opportunity of identifying whether you have made any input errors by reviewing the contents of the shopping cart. You may correct those input errors before placing your order by editing the shopping cart and updating your changes. Please take a look at all pictures, weight and dimensions of products and be sure in your choice before payment.

3.1 Prices for products are quoted on our website. All prices are in Euro.

3.2 Payment must be made upon the submission of your order. We may withhold the products and/or cancel the contract between us if the price is not received from you in full in cleared funds.

3.3 Crystal Skulls e-Shop reserves the right to change its stock availability on the website and to remove items from the product range before a purchase has been registered. Prices for products are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders which have come into force.

Prices at the time of placing an order are valid throughout the buying process. At times where software or human errors for instance list products with a faulty price, Crystal Skulls e-Shop reserves the rights to cancel the order – notifications will be given.

Unless otherwise stated, these prices do not include delivery costs and payment fees, which will be added to the total amount due.

Decoration where visible on product pictures is not for sale.

We accept only PayPal.

4.1 Shipping and handling costs are not included in the prices quoted on the Online Store. When placing an order in the Online Store, the customer is provided with a tool to determine whether shipping costs apply to the order as well as the exact amount.

4.2 Shipping will be made within 3 business days after receiving cleared payment. Delivery times may vary and customer will receive an emial outlining expected delivery times.  We will deliver the goods to the address you have provided, and risk in the goods shall pass to you upon such delivery.

4.3 Shipping costs could change and customer will be informed via email. Orders will be processed and shipped after written confrimation from customer.

4.4 If an order cannot be delivered or collected at a pick-up center, or if a shipment will be returned to us due to incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for all re-shipping charges related to the shipment.

4.5 Please note, that the shipping of small packages often comes to the cost of larger ones. For instance the cost for packages up to 5 kg. is one and the same.

After receiving the item, please contact us within 7 days and get a refund. Refund will be arranged with the condition that the returned product is undamaged and unbroken. Buyers pay return shipping.

6.1 Picture of the crystals may differ in colour slightly and minor details from the actual crystals.

6.2 The Crystal shop of John Armitage will not reveal your personal information to external organizations except for the purposes of fulfilling your order.

If you are under 18, you may use our webshop only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. In accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, we will not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. If you are under 13, you cannot register or give us any personal information. Please have your parents contact us to enter this information.

By using our website you consent that we may collect and use your personal information in the manner set out in this privacy policy. Any changes to our privacy policy will be posted on this site.
